Integrum co-founder and self-proclaimed Pragmatic Idealist, Derek Neighbors, has been accepted to speak at Agile 2011 in Salt Lake City next month.

The presentation, ‘There is No Spoon: When Agile Becomes One with the World of Work’, is part of the New Horizons & New Voices stage and is scheduled for August 10th at 11:00am.

Derek’s talk addresses the failure of many to apply the principles outlined in the Agile Manifesto to entire organizations, seeing the values as applicable only to software and customers. His presentation will encourage attendees to see Agile as it applies to entire communities, systems and society, collaborating towards a common purpose.
